Returns and refunds

You can cancel your order and return items for any reason within 14 days of receiving them, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return

• Email us at WinterCotee@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery to tell us you want to return something.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. We will reply with the return address.
• Items should be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for any reduction in value from handling items more than needed to check them.
• Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof you have sent it back), to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we will refund or replace it at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
